Basil Cashew Cream


One of my favorite things to have in the fridge is this Basil-Cashew-Cream. You can put it in wraps, on bread, or use it a s a dip and it’s oh so easy to make…

1 cup Cashews

½ a handful Basil

1 clove of Garlic

½ tsp Salt

¼ tsp Chilli Powder

¼ tsp Cumin

Soak cashews in salted water for 3 – 4 hours, then rinse and combine with the other ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender and… done!
